Welcome to AURUM MAASEIK. By enrolling in our private tutorials, thesis supervisions, seminars, or engaging our consulting services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Mentorship Scope
AURUM MAASEIK offers high-level educational consulting, private tutoring for secondary school students, university research supervision, and communication rhetoric seminars directed by Prof. em. Dr. Jeroen Bons.
- Nature of Service: Mentorship programs are designed as academic guidance and support. Completion of assignments, study execution, and research outcomes remain the responsibility of the client. We do not write thesis contents or assignments on behalf of students.
- Online Formats: Online tutorials are scheduled and conducted strictly over video platforms like Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams.
2. Payments, Billing & Fees
All tuition plans and seminar fees are agreed upon by mutual agreement based on scope, subject requirements, and frequency.
- Invoicing: Clients receive secure digital invoices outlining session formats, duration, and billing structures.
- Payment Gateways: Invoices are settled securely online using Stripe or PayPal. We accept major debit/credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and direct digital wallet balances.
- Due Dates: Unless otherwise specified in writing, payment for tuition plans (1-Month, 3-Month, 1-Year packages) must be processed prior to the commencement of the scheduled sessions.
3. Booking, Rescheduling & Cancellations
We maintain a structured scheduling policy to protect session availability for all clients:
- Notice Period: Requests to reschedule a session must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the class start time.
- Late Cancellations: If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, or fail to attend a scheduled session, the session will be billed in full.

4. Intellectual Property
All learning resources, seminar slides, thesis outline models, and worksheets shared during sessions are the intellectual property of AURUM MAASEIK or Prof. em. Dr. Jeroen Bons.
- Material is provided solely for the personal educational use of the enrolled client.
- Copying, distributing, recording, or publishing study resources in public domains without written consent is strictly prohibited.
5. Limitation of Liability
While Prof. em. Dr. Bons applies over 30 years of university teaching experience to assist students, AURUM MAASEIK does not guarantee specific exam outcomes, university admissions, grade achievements, or thesis approvals, as these depend on the student's individual effort and external evaluation parameters.
6. Jurisdiction & Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany and the European Union. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Germany.
